Our average shipping times are 7-21 days with 2-10 handling. However, due to the virus some international shipping and the delivery of our suppliers are experiencing delays we did not predict. We apologize for this delay and ask you to please be patient when awaiting the delivery of your package. As long as your tracking does not display have orange or red warnings it means your package is either waiting for clearance or going through customs and should be updated once it reaches your domestic country.
What is your sizing like?
Our clothes are sized true to size US for the most part, but each piece we have is different may vary. To find your perfect fit please refer to the size chart.
What currency is your store in and what forms of payment do you accept?
Our currency is US $. However, please note we have a currency converter set up to help our customers, but your bank's conversion rate may differ from our sites. in terms of payment we accept most forms of credit card payments and paypal.
Do you accept returns?
At the moment we will only accept returns on items that are defective. Errors in sizing will not be accepted. We have a precise quality control team that ensures all damage items are excluded before packaging. All returned items must come in their original packaging and include all tags or else a refund will not be given. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving it and initiate a return by emailing: Gizasla@customer.com

How do I change my order or cancel my order?
Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. This must be done within 12 hours of your order or we may take a charge.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days (not including weekends), but please allow up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has dispatched. Depending on your destination, shipping usually takes about 6 - 21 days, but due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 45 days. During sales and peak season these times may be extended.
